About Sarah Veyda

Sarah Veyda is a highly experienced Retreat Facilitator, Lead Global Facilitator Trainings, Crystal Singing Bowl Educator, Breathwork Facilitator, and Yoga Teacher with over 20 years in the wellness and personal development space.

She specialises in trauma-informed embodiment, nervous system regulation, and integrated healing practices that gently guide individuals toward deep self-awareness, regulation, and lasting transformation.

Alongside her work with individuals and groups, Sarah has spent many years training and mentoring facilitators in the art of guiding sound and frequency-based experiences. She has supported facilitators to confidently deliver workshops, ceremonies, and immersive experiences, and has led teams running sold-out workshops across Australia and Internationally while personally travelling nationally to teach sound, meditation, and facilitator trainings.

Her training spans a wide range of holistic and therapeutic modalities, including:

  • 500+ hours of Yoga Teacher Training, with a focus on restorative, hatha, and breath-led practices

  • Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY)

  • 100-hour Nada Yoga / Sound Healing certification in India

  • Reiki Master Teacher Level

  • Nia White Belt Practitioner, guiding movement medicine and expressive dance

  • Advanced certifications in Mind Performance and therapeutic modalities, including Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypno-Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, Time-Line Therapy, Meditation, Mindfulness, and Journal Therapy

Sarah spent over six years running her own Yoga and Healing Studio in the Lockyer Valley, where she facilitated weekly classes, sister circles, retreats, and workshops that supported hundreds of people in self-discovery, embodiment, and empowerment.

Today, through Veyda Retreats, trainings, and classes, Sarah creates spaces that are both sacred and science-informed… where body, mind, and spirit gently return to alignment. Her teaching style is grounded, nurturing, and intuitive, while also structured, professional, and deeply safe.

Sarah is passionate about supporting facilitators not only to learn modalities, but to learn how to guide experiences well — so participants feel embodied, integrated, and genuinely changed.

Come and experience the gentle strength and profound calm of Sarah’s work, and reconnect with what you already carry within you.

Sarah continues to mentor facilitators worldwide, supporting the next generation of teachers to lead with integrity, presence, and embodied confidence.
