This retreat is designed as a shared accommodation experience, with 2–3 participants per room. This helps keep the retreat accessible and affordable for everyone, as venues offering large numbers of private rooms can significantly increase the overall cost.
If you're attending with a friend, we’re very happy to place you in the same room together — just let us know when you complete your registration form.
A common concern people mention before retreats is snoring. After running retreats for many years, we can confidently say it comes up on almost every retreat — and it rarely ends up being an issue. We provide earplugs for anyone who would like them, and most participants sleep surprisingly well after full days of learning, connection, and relaxation.
One of the beautiful things about retreat life is the sense of connection that forms quickly. By the end of the retreat, many participants feel like family, and it’s not uncommon for friendships formed while sharing a room to last long after the retreat ends.
-
To preserve the immersive nature of the retreat, all participants stay onsite at the retreat property for the full duration of the experience.
One of the most powerful aspects of a retreat is the container that’s created when everyone shares the space together. Being immersed in the same environment allows participants to fully step away from daily life and into a focused, supportive learning experience.
Over the years we’ve found that staying onsite is a key part of what makes retreats so impactful. It creates a sense of connection, presence, and shared experience that simply isn’t the same when people come and go.
For this reason, offsite accommodation isn’t available, even for those who live locally.
-
Closer to the retreat you’ll receive a full preparation guide and packing list. In general we recommend comfortable clothing for movement, a journal, and anything that helps you feel relaxed and supported during your stay.
All workshop materials, your workbook, and retreat resources are provided.
-
