Facilitation Frequency Retreat

What to Expect

Facilitation Frequency is a 4-night immersive retreat designed to guide you through a rich and diverse journey of practices, experiences, and connection.

This retreat brings together a collective of facilitators — each offering unique modalities including unique breathwork sessions, TRE, sound, chocolate, movement, ceremony, and more.

You’ll be held by a whole team of facilitators and experience sessions that are deeply intentional, creative, and often unlike anything you’ve experienced before. Each facilitator is guided to create meaningful, embodied experiences.

This is not just a retreat where you receive…
it’s a space where you are held, guided, and immersed in a full spectrum of experiences.

If you feel called to not only attend but also step into facilitation,
you can apply to join the Facilitator Immersion Pathway here, and Co-Facilitate at this Retreat

Meet Your Facilitators

Sarah Veyda — Lead Facilitator

Held from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, this retreat is designed to be a space where you can fully let go, soften, and be deeply taken care of.

Sarah is the thread that weaves the entire experience together… guiding the rhythm of the retreat, holding the energy of the space, and ensuring every moment feels intentional, seamless, and supportive.

With over a decade of experience in facilitation, Yoga, and specialising in nervous system regulation, she creates environments where people feel safe, seen, and able to truly drop in.

Tanya — Traditional Breathwork & Cultural Connection

Tanya is a proud Bigambul woman, deeply connected to her culture, community, and the wisdom of her ancestors. She is passionate about sharing practices that honour self-awareness, authenticity, healing, and personal power.

Her work is grounded in tradition and connection, creating spaces where women can reconnect with themselves in a meaningful and supported way.

Through her breathwork sessions, you’ll be guided through an experience inspired by Indigenous teachings — using the breath to release, reconnect, and return to the body’s natural rhythm.

Tina — Cacao & Chocolate Experiences

With Tina, cacao becomes something you don’t just drink… you experience it. Across the retreat, you’ll sip it, eat it, explore it, and play with it. From bean-to-bar creation to rich, sensory tastings that awaken your taste buds and bring you right into the moment.

Tina has spent time in Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands, learning directly from cacao-growing communities and deepening her connection to the land, the process, and the people behind every bean. She brings this depth of respect and passion into every experience she shares.

A bodyworker and psychosomatic therapist, Tina weaves cacao into her work as a gentle yet powerful tool for connection, awareness, and transformation.

Keith — TRE & Neurogenic Movement

Shake. Release. Reset.

Throughout the retreat, you’ll have the opportunity to experience TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) — a powerful, body-based practice that allows your nervous system to release stored stress, tension, and emotion through its natural shaking response.

Rather than something you do, TRE is something your body already knows. A built-in mechanism that helps unwind what’s been held beneath the surface, creating a deep sense of calm, safety, and regulation. With multiple sessions across the retreat, you’ll not only experience this release in real time, but learn a tool you can take home and return to whenever your body needs it.

Keith brings a grounded, real, and deeply relatable presence. After discovering yoga, breathwork, and neurogenic movement later in life, his path has been one of genuine self-inquiry and transformation. His work is simple, accessible, and powerful — guiding you back to the innate intelligence of your own body.

Emma — Mindful Art & Sound Integration

Create. Slow down. Let it land.

With Emma, you’ll be guided through a mindful art experience where the focus isn’t on the outcome, but on the process… allowing you to drop into flow, quiet the mind, and reconnect with the present moment. This will gently transition into a deeply restorative sound journey, helping you integrate the experience on a whole-body level.

Emma’s work is rooted in lived experience. After navigating breast cancer, she was drawn into a deeper exploration of mindfulness, presence, and the healing power of sound. Today, she facilitates wellbeing programs across schools, aged care, and community spaces, creating environments where people feel safe, supported, and able to reconnect.

A certified Sound and Reiki practitioner and mother of two, Emma brings a nurturing, grounded presence to her sessions… holding space in a way that feels both gentle and deeply supportive.

Frequently Asked Questions
  • The retreat is located in the peaceful Sunshine Coast Hinterland at 216 Jorgensen Road, Ridgewood QLD, surrounded by nature yet still easily accessible from major airports.

    From Sunshine Coast Airport (recommended)

Sunshine Coast Airport is the closest airport and is approximately 50–55 minutes drive from the retreat property.
From the airport you can hire a car, organise a taxi or rideshare, or coordinate a lift with other retreat participants.

    From Brisbane Airport

Brisbane Airport is around 1 hour 30 minutes drive (approx. 140 km) from the retreat location.
Many participants choose to fly into Brisbane and either hire a car or travel up the Bruce Highway to the Sunshine Coast Hinterland.

    Driving Yourself

If you are travelling by car, the property is located just outside Cooroy, about 30 minutes inland from Noosa in the beautiful hinterland countryside.

Closer to the retreat date we will help connect participants who may wish to carpool or share airport transfers.

  • Arrival and check-in will be on the afternoon of the first day, with the retreat officially beginning that evening.

The retreat concludes mid-morning on the final day to allow time for travel.

Exact times will be shared with all participants closer to the retreat.

  • Yes. To make the retreat more accessible, we offer a few payment options.

You can secure your place with a pay-in-full option

Or choose a four-month automatic payment plan.

Full details of each option are available when you click View Registration Options.

  • Yes. All meals during the retreat are included and prepared by one of Australia’s most respected retreat catering teams. Many guests say the food alone is worth coming back for.

Meals are vegetarian, mostly organic, and thoughtfully prepared to support energy and wellbeing throughout the retreat.

We also cater for gluten-free and dairy-free diets. After booking, you’ll receive a registration form where you can let us know about any additional dietary requirements or intolerances so we can ensure you’re well looked after during your stay.

  • This retreat is designed as a shared accommodation experience, with 2–3 participants per room. This helps keep the retreat accessible and affordable for everyone, as venues offering large numbers of private rooms can significantly increase the overall cost.

If you're attending with a friend, we’re very happy to place you in the same room together — just let us know when you complete your registration form.

A common concern people mention before retreats is snoring. After running retreats for many years, we can confidently say it comes up on almost every retreat — and it rarely ends up being an issue. We provide earplugs for anyone who would like them, and most participants sleep surprisingly well after full days of learning, connection, and relaxation.

One of the beautiful things about retreat life is the sense of connection that forms quickly. By the end of the retreat, many participants feel like family, and it’s not uncommon for friendships formed while sharing a room to last long after the retreat ends.

  • To preserve the immersive nature of the retreat, all participants stay onsite at the retreat property for the full duration of the experience.

One of the most powerful aspects of a retreat is the container that’s created when everyone shares the space together. Being immersed in the same environment allows participants to fully step away from daily life and into a focused, supportive learning experience.

Over the years we’ve found that staying onsite is a key part of what makes retreats so impactful. It creates a sense of connection, presence, and shared experience that simply isn’t the same when people come and go.

For this reason, offsite accommodation isn’t available, even for those who live locally.

  • Closer to the retreat you’ll receive a full preparation guide and packing list. In general we recommend comfortable clothing for movement, a journal, and anything that helps you feel relaxed and supported during your stay.

All workshop materials, your workbook, and retreat resources are provided.

  • Due to the nature of retreats and the advance planning required, the following cancellation terms apply:

    Deposits are non-refundable.

    • If you have paid in full, you may receive a 90% refund if you cancel more than 60 days before the retreat.

    • If you cancel within 60 days of the retreat, a 50% refund will be provided.

Within 14 days of the retreat start date, payments are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another person, allowing someone else to take your place.

Tickets cannot be transferred to a future retreat, as retreat planning and accommodation are secured well in advance and last-minute places can be difficult to refill.

Full terms and conditions are provided in the retreat registration form after booking.

  • No prior facilitation experience is required. Many participants join because they feel called to guide workshops, circles, or retreats but want more confidence and structure before beginning.

Others already facilitate and want to refine their skills and deepen the impact of their events.

Facilitation Frequency is designed to support both emerging and experienced facilitators.
